Ms. Larsen

Ms. Larsen grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in a little town called Danville. She grew up dividing her time between her two loves, singing and dancing, studying dance at the San Ramon Valley dance academy from ages 4-18 and studying vocal music with the Contra Costa Children’s Chorus from ages 8-18. With the Children’s Chorus, she was able to sing at Carnegie Hall, St. Peter’s Basilica and festivals around the world. After a very happy childhood filled with music, she went on to receive a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance with a minor in English from UC Santa Barbara. She began her teaching career with the Contra Costa Children’s Chorus summer Theatre Arts For Kids program where she is the Associate Director and Choreographer. This program made her realize how much she loved teaching. She received her music credential from Cal State Long Beach.
